Shipping Policy

How are the shipping rates calculated? Each seller has its own shipping rates and conditions. Available shipping rates and conditions will be displayed on the product page when you view a product. Should the buyer's cart consist of purchased products from various sellers, the buyer will have a shipping rate from each seller as each seller has its own shipping rates and conditions.

**NOTE: Free shipping offerings and promotions will be applied on the Cart page.

We advise buyers to group their items in one order. Sellers cannot group orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order. All orders are dispatched at the buyer’s own risk, but special care is taken by our sellers to protect fragile objects.

We are in the process of establishing additional shipping solutions and more affordable offerings.

How does the shipping work? The buyer and seller have the option to either handle their shipping arrangements by themselves or via the Arms & Wildlife platform.

How quickly are orders shipped? Standard orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. You will be notified via email of all order status updates from the seller.

How long will it take to get my order? Standard service typically takes 3-10 business days to receive your package. *Please note that transit times do not include order processing time and actual delivery times may be a business day or more.

How do I track my order? You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail including the tracking information when your order is processed or shipped. An order tracking number will be on your order information page in your Account. To track the package, you can follow to our website and click on the track order link in the footer. This will take you to the order page. You can also sign in and track the order via your account page. You can also visit the carrier’s website to track the order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier’s website.

Do you ship internationally? We do not ship outside South Africa. International shipping solutions and rates are to be discussed with our sellers.

Why can’t you ship regulated goods like firearms, ammunition, etc to my address? At this time, buyers can enquire directly with the seller for shipping options on firearms, ammunition, primers and propellant due to the protocols involved.

I haven’t received my order – what should I do? If your order is a few days late – don’t panic. Sometimes the carriers experience delays, particularly during the busy holiday season. Also, it may take a business day or two to process your order, particularly if you placed your order on a weekend or during a holiday when the carriers' offices are closed. If you’re still concerned, then please check with your carrier’s office. Sometimes the carrier will not deliver an order if he or she feels it cannot be left safely at its destination or if a signature could not be obtained for orders that require signature confirmation.

Can I change my shipping address after the order has been placed? Once your order is placed you CANNOT change your shipping address using the Arms & Wildlife platform. You will have to contact the seller or the carrier depending on the status of your order. Please note that additional charges may apply should you change your address after the order has been placed. Shipping addresses CANNOT be altered once products are shipped.

If my parcel is broken or damaged, what do I do? We advise all buyers to open and inspect their parcel(s) in the presence of the carrier’s representative. Should you receive your parcel in a damaged state, we advise to take pictures of the damaged parcel (packaging and products) and contact the seller immediately. Please ensure to inform Arms & Wildlife as well at using your order/invoice number as reference. Pictures will play as significant role to assist with resolving the issue.
