  • Must I download the Arms & Wildlife app and create an account before I can purchase items?

    Yes, if you did not download the app and registered an account you will not be able purchase items.

  • As a seller, can I trade without downloading the Arms & Wildlife app and registering an account?

    No, you have to download the Arms & Wildlife app to be able to create a seller’s account.

  • Are the applications automated or manually reviewed?

    Every seller’s application is manually reviewed and verified.

  • How long does it take before I'm approved/denied?

    3 – 5 working days

  • What are the fees for listing my products?

    There is no fee for listing products or services. The only fees charged is the seller’s monthly account fee and transaction fees.

  • What happens if a supplier misses the monthly payment?

    An additional percentage transaction penalty fee will be charge with every transaction, non-refundable, until the seller has settled all outstanding balances.

  • How many products can I list?

    Unlimited

  • What happens if a seller lists out of stock products?

    The seller gets a Out of Stock strike. 5 Out of Stock strikes and the seller gets removed as well as listed on the platform for the offences.

  • Are there different vendor levels or tiers?

    Yes

  • If so, what are the differences (benefits/pricing/etc.)?

    With the Blesbok tier the subscribed seller’s product and/or services are listed as a higher priority and highlighted to consumers.

  • Am I charged monthly or per product/sale/lead/etc.?

    The seller’s account is based on a monthly subscription fee.

  • How will I get paid?

    The seller is paid per successful transaction

  • How are deliveries/collections handled?

    Consumers have a delivery or collection option on check out. Should the consumer choose the collection option he/she will have to make the necessary arrangements with the seller. Should the consumers choose the delivery option, an estimated delivery date and timeline will be provided.

  • Do I need to provide any documentation?

    Only for Firearms, Ammunition and Propellant or otherwise specified by Seller or any South African Act.

  • How are refunds processed?

    Refunds are to be handled directly with the seller. Consumers are to report all refunds to Arms & Wildlife for our records and supplier assessment.

  • Is there a limit on categories/images?

    Yes. A maximum of 10 images can be uploaded
